Hogue overmolded stocks are built for different versions of the
Ruger 10/22 rifles. There are models for .22lr tapered barrel, .22lr bull
barrel, and .22 magnum bull barrel. Synthetic stocks offer strength and an
attractive look, all at low cost. Each stock is fitted with a 1/2" rubber
recoil pad built-in. They are a good fit to the gun, strong, and well made.
All one needs to do to switch stocks is to drop the barreled action into
the Hogue stock and tighten the receiver screw. They do not use the front
barrel band found on most factory 10/22's. All Hogue stocks are quality made
in America. The Hogue (pictured above on a Ruger 10/22 with heavy barrel) is
an ambidextrous, sporter-type stock that is legal in all States. Palm
swells, pebbled-stipling, and contouring at the grip give it a comfortable
feel, even when carried in the hands all day on a hunt. The "skin" of an
overmolded stock is neoprene rubber, providing a sure grip, even when wet.
In addition, the forearm has pebbled-stipling for a sure grip by the off-hand.
Because of its ergonomic design, light weight, and balanced construction,
it is as user-friendly as one can get in a stock. Hogue's overmolded stock (pictured below) is a big improvement
compared to the factory Ruger wood stock in design, and can be used by right
or left-handed shooters. It is also legal in all U.S. States. The stock's
actual weight is 1 pound, 14 ounces (846 g). Its length of pull is 13 1/2
inches (34.3 cm).
Any of these stocks for 10/22 rifle may be sold and shipped within
the United States, or exported to any country where legal. We do offer international
shipping through our web
store. Also found there are a large selection of other great stocks
and accessory choices for dressing up your model of 10/22. |
